By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we dispatch the goods. We will send an order confirmation by email once payment has been taken.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where an item is out of stock, was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or we cannot verify payment. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for that order in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). The price payable is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay; see our delivery & returns page for details.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

While we work hard to keep prices and product information accurate, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs and timescales are set out on our delivery & returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

As a consumer buying online you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and remedies for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. How to exercise these rights, and the limited exceptions that apply (for example hygiene-sealed items), are explained on our delivery & returns page.

Product images, descriptions and fitment guidance are provided in good faith to help you choose the right part for your bike. Fitment data is a guide only: always check against your machine before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure. Manufacturers occasionally change specifications without notice.

Motocross and enduro riding are hazardous activities. Protective equipment reduces risk but cannot eliminate it, and no product sold on this site is a substitute for safe riding, correct fitting and proper maintenance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute (although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there). If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
